Millet Root Vegetable Stew

1 cup Whole Grain Millet
3 cups Water
4 Organic Carrots (med-Lg)
2 Organic Parsnips (med-Lg)
1 Organic Beet Root
4 Organic Celery Stalks (med-Lg)
2 tsp Organic ginger (powder or Fresh)
1 tbsp Organic Food Grade Coconut Oil
Organic Basil
Organic Parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
