Personal Sized Tortilla Pizza

1 Whole Wheat Tortilla (Brown Rice Tortilla for a Gluten Free meal)
Organic Olive/Canola Oil
Organic quartered Artichokes
Organic Onion (sliced)
Organic Pepper red/yellow (sliced)
Organic Black Olives (sliced)
Organic Tomato Sauce
Goat Cheese mozzarella

-Preheat oven to 450 degrees
(if using a pizza stone warm it in the oven)
-Heat up olive/canola oil in an iron skillet & brown the tortilla. -Lay out the tortilla on a pizza stone or baking pan and add the tomato sauce, artichokes, black olives, onions, peppers, and goat cheese.
-Cook Pizza for about 15min
-Enjoy!
