Bass (takes about 7min)
2 Striped Bass Fillets
Red Curry Paste
Organic Cilantro
Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper
Season the fillets front and back with the salt and pepper.
Use a butter knife to coat both sides with the curry paste.
sprinkle both sides with cilantro
Grill (about 3min per side)
Whole Grain Rice
(combine and simmer for 40min)
1/2 cup Long Grain Brown Rice
1 cup Water
1/2 can Organic Corn
1/2 can Organic Red Kidney Beans
1 tsp Organic Cumin
1/2 tsp Organic Cayenne Pepper
