Until people stop poisoning the earth how can we expect to safely reap the benefits from her bounty... nature exists (flourishes) on a simple give and receive concept, but if all we give is toxic than how can we expect to receive anything less? I have much admiration for those who choose to selflessly give more than they take; for those who choose to buck the conventional factory farming concept of take and destroy, and instead heal and rebuild! We as people have to come to the understanding that we are more than what we eat... we are what our food eats! So thanks to all of you for giving us healthy organic omega-3 rich foods raised in a healthy sustainable manner!Mikehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15882469481062726121noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2247252194361864620.post-57605051907808059652012-03-18T14:00:54.543-07:002012-03-18T14:00:54.543-07:00Interesting thoughts Mike! On the subject of hunting for your own wild meat such as venison, even this is not healthy anymore as there is an enormous residential use of Roundup in gardens, landscape ornamentals, and now we are moving to GM grass that is resistant to Roundup. This will create a massive increase of Roundup use. Golf courses are quickly adopting the GM grass/pesticide system and we can expect the spread of it's use to parks playgounds, ball fields, etc. Deer routinely graze all of these areas. Roundup has been proven to cause birth defects. So the only safe place to get meat is now your local organic producer whom you know and trust. - David Becker, Burningheart FarmAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
